Was a last minute decision to do scuba certification and I have absolutely no regrets. Did my OWD course and got extremely lucky with Shaveer as instructor. He's extremely knowledgeable and patient. The course itself has lots of skills to be learnt and Shaveer was patient and let us repeat the skills until we met the standards. There's no compromise on course quality but it was an extremely rewarding 3 day experience to finally get the OWD certification. The rental gear and support team was also top notch. I recently completed my Open Water and Nitrox Scuba Certification with Temple Adventures, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From organization to safety and overall vibe, the team delivers a seamless, world-class diving journey. A massive shoutout to Shaveer Patel: an absolute powerhouse of an instructor! Shaveer’s calm demeanor, clear instruction, and exceptional patience completely transformed my comfort level underwater. The sheer confidence I've built as a diver is largely thanks to his expert guidance, attention to detail, and ability to make complex skills feel natural and manageable. Also a big thank you to Muzamil, who was another fantastic instructor throughout the training. If you are looking to get certified or take your diving to the next level with Nitrox, I cannot recommend Temple Adventures enough. I had a wonderful experience while completing the open water scuba course. All the instructors were quite helpful. In particular, I felt that Shaveer is an amazing instructor. I have always had a fear of water, but when learning how to dive, there wasn’t a single moment when I panicked. The instructors always maintained a calm and fun vibe to the entire process which I feel is quite necessary. I had heard very positive feedback from my friends who did diving with them and the same is supported by the Google reviews and AI recommendations. They boast of being one of the best in India, and they must be. However, I didn't reach that point to give the feedback as my experience was stalled at the planning stage only by one Mr Thivagharan whom I was reaching out via emails to plan my trip for PADI certified open waters basic and advance certification. This gentleman in beginning was responding to my emails in 3 days, a little later 10 days with reminders and once I finalized my plan and asked him the way ahead, didn't hear from him for more than two weeks, and still counting. He gave the reason of delay in responses because of he being busy planning for the upcoming diving season.  I even asked him to send me contact of someone who can answer my queries and work with to move ahead. No response. I could have picked up the voice mode of communication provided on the Google but I decided to stay with this (email) mode only. Secondly, the information I sought was so sketchy, e.g. he shared the quote very promptly but didn't provide any other information like cancellation policy, inclusions/ exclusions etc. I was prodding him to share details, which was shared very reluctantly. I must say very unprofessional attitude and response of a top rated diving institute. With this preview of their customer focus, I decided that I'm not going with them any further, I'll pick other top diving institutes who value their customers. Poor show!
